How NEB customers rate us
Between 1 July 2025 and 31 December 2025, the independent research agency Ipsos Verity surveyed a representative sample of personal current account customers from each of the UK's 17 largest providers on behalf of Northern Europe Bank (NEB). Each customer was asked one question — "On a scale of 0–10, how likely are you to recommend your bank to a friend, family member or colleague?" — and the percentage shown is the share of respondents who answered 9 or 10. This snapshot was last refreshed on 12 February 2026.
